The symposium will illustrate the remarkable role of top-down factors associated with individual's strategies, rules, expectations and other forms of memory representations,
at influencing different brain processes related to attention and the control of action.

"Impulsivity from a transdiagnostic perspective"
Organised by Georgina Jackson and Rhiannon Corcoran
Speakers include:
Luke Clark, Jodie Finalyson-Burden, Lee Hogarth,
Masud Husain and Renate Reniers

Impulsivity is a psychological feature of several neuropsychiatric, neurodevelopmental and neurological disorders which can be defined, explored and understood in a number of different ways. This symposium will examine this complex transdiagnostic construct using experiential, experimental and imaging data.
